We designed the portal around how a store actually works: reserve when a new release drops, pay for the goods only, and decide when to receive them.
How it works

Order
Add to cart and confirm: stock is reserved for you instantly.
Confirming an order reserves the quantities immediately — nobody else can buy them from under you. The cart itself doesn't reserve stock, so availability is checked when you confirm.

Pay within 2 days
You get a proforma invoice by email. Goods only, no shipping costs.
You receive a proforma by email with our IBAN and payment reference. You only pay for the goods, by bank transfer. If payment doesn't arrive by the deadline, the reservation is cancelled and the stock is released.

In our warehouse
We notify you as soon as products land from Japan. They stay safe with us.
When a shipment lands from Japan, goods are allocated to paid orders in order of payment. You get a single summary email per arrival.

Ship when you want
Ship what's ready now, or wait for more arrivals and combine shipments.
In your "My warehouse" area you choose what to ship and where. You see the shipping cost before confirming and pay it only then. Or you wait for more arrivals and combine them.
Frequently asked questions
Who can register?
Businesses with a VAT number — comic shops, TCG stores, game stores, newsstands, e-commerce and chains — in Italy and the European Union. Every account is reviewed before activation.
When can I see prices?
B2B prices are visible only to approved resellers, once logged in.
How much is shipping?
It depends on destination, weight and number of parcels: you see it before confirming the shipping request and pay it only when you choose to receive your goods.
What about invoices?
The proforma is used for payment; the e-invoice is issued as required and is available in your reserved area.
